Ola Cabs — Amount was charged without ride

Hi I have booked a Cab thru Ola Cab and when I called him he didnt took the phone. after 5 mins of booking i reieved msg that money was deducte113 rps from OldMoney. Asking feedback of my ride while I was waiting for the cab. Amount was charged without any ride. Booking CRN[protected]

Driver Mahender .he initially did not received calls later said I took ride on ur booking which is lie. When I inquired and said u have not picked me up neither received calls he cut the phone.
This is so unprofessional behavior Such big name of Ola can ruin because of such people. I request Ola Team to take action against him. Also refund the amount charged from my account without any consensus.
