This is an extract from an email which i had sent to ola on aug 15th 2017.
I had spoken to one of your cse on the 4th august, 2017. And i had raised a complaint against the driver subhash mahadeo. He just refused to take me and my 3years old daughter to my home. Also he was rude and said go and complaint i don't care. I felt so angry at him he also said "mujhe ghar nahi jana kya"! What kind of language is that with a customer 😡😡😡 i don't wish to accept this kind of behaviour from anyone. And i want you to take a strict action against him so that he doesn't repeat the same with anyone in future. Mind you he is also putting ola's reputation at stake!
I also want a detailed email stating what have you guys done to solve my issue. Or else i will have to forward this email to your ceo.

Please see attached all the emails and driver details from an unpleasant ride that i wanted to take with my daughter at 10pm on 4th august.
I want to know if any action was taken against that rude auto driver. I want to see some action from your side, so that in future every woman doesn't fear from taking an ola ride. I know you are busy but i am sure you are customer friendly organisation and don't want to lose regular customer.

But in vain. Ola doesn't care and they just want to mint money with zero customer satisfaction. There was zero response from them. I believe in karma. Was this information helpful? |
