It's now third time in last two months. Unnecessarily about got deducted from my account twice because of their server issue n for i need to mail or need take update every day and need to raise different request ticket daily in one mail they ask screenshot n in another mail pdf of bank statement.in this whole process they took more than 1 month.. N last month i same issue happened and i m still waiting and daily sending mail for update but replies are same. As consumer we want this process should happen from ola side but doesn't bother for customer's money. Was this information helpful? |
