Ola has blocked my account on 16-nov-2017 saying that multiple cancellation happened on same day. Actually there was only one auto cancellation done by the driver not from side on 16-nov-2017. After that i updated the cancellation reason in the app and booked another trip. Don't know why my account is blocked after that. When i asked them for the reason below is the reply i received.
"we would like to inform you that it is completely system automated and there is no manual intervention. Hence, we will not be able to share any further information and will not be able to unblock the account." Was this information helpful? |
