Booked Ola cab on 24 Dec'21. To book the ride, the app requested to make payment of Rs 99 first which was done since I wanted to book my ride. On checking the app, there were no details why Rs 99 was charged. On calling customer care, I spoke to Swati and her supervisor Syed with no resolution. Upon asking to escalate to next level, call was placed on hold for 2 hrs and no one answered the call until it was disconnected by Ola executive himself.Later an email was received that Case #[protected] is marked as Resolved.
I am still awaiting confirmation why Rs 99 was charged. If there is no justification, refund is requested. Was this information helpful? |
