Name: bhoora, contact no. [protected], dl1bb8476 has increased the 265 km root from delhi to dehradun to 375 km then we have to pay according to gps which increases our bill 1650 rs extra. When the root distance shown by the ola service was 265 km from the distance we have started, then how can be the distance from the same root increase with the gap of 110 km which cannot be possible. The cab driver may be has choosen the longest path to reach our destination to increase the standard rates and km charges. Driver complained same time and he was told wait for 72 hrs. not paid in that time. driver complained again to day and was told wait fof 48 hrs.
Pls get the issue resolved and pay asap.
