This is regarding the support that had been provided by Mr. Kamal Jha during the attachment of Car UP16DT9370. He has attached my car in ola cab in just 30 minuts but he gave me a device which is worst and ridiculous. How could you manage booking if ola agent provides faulty device and making switch off during customer service.When I contact him, he always give excuses to purchase new mobile self. After all he assured me to come ola office for mobile update but when I reached he ignored my call every time. I called him almost 8 times because my car come from noida to gurgaon having expenditure around 500/, who will resposible such losses. I will terminate my car after few days from ola because such type of agent and service that provides to customer.
This my request to ola team, plaese tell this agent do nat make make fake and ridiculous service because of target and hurry process because he konws that once car gets attached his target will be full filled but what about the problem faced by driver and owner. Please take action against him.
