This driver didnt come for pick up and never cancelled ride.. I had to take my mother to hospital having heel problem beacuse of his delay my mother and i had to wait for half an hour and walk all way to bus stop. Please take action against driver. Why should i pay 15 rs for cancellation when its the drivers fault for not picking customers?? Please provide more option to write as comment in ola apps for customer to lodge complaints againt negligence drivers.
