I booked a ola auto on 29th april 2023, in the morning. As per the ola driver request i paid the amount via gpay and cash. But on 4th may 2023, i received a message that my amount is pending. then i tried to call ola customer care. But phone is disconnected everytime. I also complaint the customer care ola app. but no positive response received from the ola customer care. so, i write to mail the nodal officer of ola. then i received a mail from there side in which i received the whole procedure is showing for filing the complaint. so, i will follow the instructions and lodge a complaint again. but after lodge a complaint, there is no feedback or not either received any responses from ola side. then, i wrote the mail 2-3 times. but as usual no response received not either solved my query. but still showing my amount is pending. kindly look into this matter.
