I booked a cab to travel from the airport to my college via the OLA app. I opted for the online payment mode and paid the driver an amount of 1376 Rs through PAYTM
To my surprise, despite having made the payment, I received a notification that the amount is unpaid, and I am currently unable to book any further rides with OLA. This has caused me considerable inconvenience and has impacted my ability to commute efficiently.
I have attached a screenshot of the trip details and the payment for your reference. I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and provide me with a resolution. I would appreciate any assistance you could provide to rectify this issue as soon as possible.
