Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — amount was deducted but in portal status was failed, need to pay cash

Ola app providing facility of G-pay but ola making fool to people. For my ride I did Google Pay and amount was deducted and ola portal failed to show it, so I need to pay cash.
Now ola taking too much time for refund.
I want refund as soon as possible, as amount was deducted within a second then why ola not refunding my amount after 6 day also ?
When I called to ola, the executive saying that amount will refund you within 24 hours but its almost 48 hours passed away, yet didn't receive refund.
