Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — arrogant nature and not following shortest route by driver | |||
Today at 10:21 am we booked the ola auto. At first he asked me the otp and i told the otp. After that when i told him to take shorter distance route, because we have to reach urgently. Then he refused to take that direction and he was asking for money, and he always using slang language, he was about to fight with us. I have experienced worst service of ola. High fare has been charged from old and no support from their customer support deppt. Fare difference was very high (1618 Rs for 34.5 KM while at the time of booking it had shown around 560.)
Pls look into the matter if possible.
