I did raise complain multiple times that I have already paid in cash to driver for CRN: [protected], still they aren't resolving my complain and closing it, without contacting me on my cell. They are saying I should have raised the complain on same day I travelled, which i tried to do, but their Ola application was giving me an error while raising a dispute against ride.
I am fed with their pathetic service. Their customer care number is not reachable as well and they do not reply on emails.
