I sent the following message to Ola:
I have an outstanding charge of 181₹ on my account arising from a ride that I took in October. The Crn is [protected]. This was already paid to the Ola driver in cash. It is quite surprising that this charge is coming up as unpaid on my account. Please resolve this issue for me. [End of Message]
It took me a few months to find this contact email for Ola and then only after 8 emails did they send me a phone number. This one customer service agent kept giving the same robotic reply "we can't do changes to a booking over 10 months". However, they somehow have the gall to ask payment for a booking that was already paid over 10 months. It is completely unacceptable that I have to pay twice for a booking that I have already paid for in full. This is truly highway robbery and Ola is being unhelpful and not offering any alternatives.
I would like for this charge to be reversed so I can take a ride again without paying extra unwarranted money.
