Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Auto driver abuse a women aged 60 govt staff who traveled lonely

Dear Ola Support Team,

With Reference Trial Mail, We have raised Complaint against the Auto Driver Mr Kalaiselvan Misbehaved a 60 yrs Aged Women (govt staff) and he used abusive words with my Aunt and auto driver asked extra Tips for dropping at her residence, Since she daily using same location from Thirumangalam Metro to Residence. This Auto driver didn't do that and threatening abusive words used by auto driver. After she arrived she informed about this matter. immediately i called over his mobile (Recorded) he used very bad words with me also at 2.30 p.m 14/11/2021.

We lodged complaint through OLA app in the same day 14/10/2021 & Lodged Written Compliant to V4 Rajamanagalam Police Station. Investigating Offcie Mr Ravichandran Sub-Inspector. Auto Driver Blocked police officer number and our contact number and he is in abscond for last few days.

When i inquired locally with my sources. he is still in OLA duty. I very unhappy how can Ola management allow his service to passenger ? My Aunt was very upset about this incident happen very near Rajamangalam police station & she never taken food for that day. Since she got mentally affected with that abuse words used by Auto Driver. The very next day we compromised her and sent to her job and still she can't digest that driver. According to IPC 504 he did offense kindly don't support him and help us to track him.

Kindly take a serious necessary action him. If you haven't take necessary against, we can approach Social Welfare & Women Empower Dept as well Consumer grievances.
