Sir, I raised 5 tickets for the same issue.
but all 5 are closed without giving any resolution.
Issue: I rented an ola cab to go out of station from hyderabad to warangal.
the driver stopped the car at a petrol station to fuel up the vehicle.
he asked me 1000 rupees to pay at the station and i gave him the money.
he took 300 rupees for the toll.
After ending the journey I forgot to deduct the 1000 rupees
from the total amount and paid 2317 through PhonePe.
after realizing that i did not deduct the 1000 rupees,
i immediately called the driver. he agreed to return the amount
but did not return it till now.(I have call recording with the driver wh
when i reached out to the customer care of Ola,
they said they spoke with the driver
and the driver seems to have agreed to pay the amount.
But i have not received the amount till now.
One of the executive asked me for my bank details to give the refund.
i gave them the details. but they closed the ticket without giving any refund.
i am not getting proper response from your team. Kindly help me out.

    Hi Team
    I booked ola cab on 04-may-2021 whose ride id is CRN [protected].at the time of booking the app was showing fare of Rs 3332.after reaching destination the app showed a fare of Rs.5676.the cab driver charged me toll charges separately.i have to pay an total amount of Rs 6000.please let me know why am I overcharged.why fare exceeded like that.why am I not informed at the time of booking cab

      I was charged ₹500 by Police for riding in ola cabs, if there's a lockdown going on then why ola is accepting rides for customer. I had some emergency issue that's why i needed to go out but as ola cabs accepted the ride for that means ola cabs are allowed by government for riding inside the city if not they should not accept the rides as well.
      I had paid pretty much amount for my ride as well as i paid ₹500 receipt which is obviously huge for me.
      I am looking forward from ola to compensate the charged amount because they accepted the ride otherwise i wouldn't had went out.

        Inspite of paying via UPI, i was asked for cash at end of the trip as drivers app showed amount is not received. Even after complaining multiple times since more than 15 days, my issue still is not resolved

          I am vijayshree, i book a cab from ola on 2/5/2021 at 3:45 in ashok vihar phase 2 delhi to sector 5 gurgaon [haryana]..I forget to take my phone in the cab .. Then I call in my number the driver was pickup my call and he said ..i will return your phone in 3 hours..But now 2 days ago my number is switched off..no response..I have no any details about the driver..I was also mail a complaint in ola support but they cannot take any action..I need my phone urgently because my all documents and files inside the phone.. .I want to take any action quickly or trace my phone with IMEI number.

                  On 24 th April 2021 My ride was from Noida sec 22 to new Delhi railway station. After the ride ends drives says not to pay through OLA payment. Driver told to pay the money offline. I made the payment. Now on 25th April When I try to book a cab OLA is asking to pay previous ride fees the fees which I already paid to driver. So I tried to reach out to OLA customer service none of the numbers are working. Very bad service from OLA.

                    Dear Team,

                    I would like to share with you that i have booked cab from Ola cab online many times.

                    I am giving the recent example for fraud in Ola cab bill, I had booked the cab from Shadhara Delhi to Faridabad on dated 23/04/2021 vide CRN [protected].

                    I had checked my invoice against the above said trip and found that in the invoice Ola has charged the toll of Rs. 470/- out of total bill amount 914/-

                    They have charged the those toll charges also which is not come under this way.

                    I had informed the same on ola app but we did not get any reply on the same.

                    As Ola has no email id and no customer care number, in absence of communication details, customer is not able to communicate their issues with the Ola.

                    I have lots of invoices where they have charged wrong toll amount in the invoice.

                    I would request you to please see my all invoices and give your customer care email id and phone number for all customers.

                    Dear Sir/Madam This is to inform you that, the complaint has not been attended by the company. but it is showing over the portal resolved, this company is a big fraud company and charging undue toll tax and parking charges. This company audit should be done by govt agency, they are doing the fraud in India

                      Hi Ola Support Team,
                      I have raised one refund request against my Ola outstation ride CRN [protected] and ticket ID
                      (Ticket[protected] on October, 2020.
                      Md Arbaaz from Ola Support team sent me the mail of confirmation that I will get the refund of Rs Rs 1298.
                      I shared my bank account details with the Ola Support.
                      But till now I didn't get my refund.
                      Here I am attaching the screenshot of that mail.
                      From last October, 2020, I am following up with Ola team on the same ticket.
                      But they are not solving the issue.
                      I will suggest everyone to avoid Ola outstation cab .
                      They just cheat the customers.

                        I never ever have wanted to activate ola money post paid and suddenly I see a message from Ola, it say clear your post paid dues or else fine will be imposed,
                        It seems that this is kind of scam by Ola to create problem to customer and drain their money,
                        All should be aware of such scam by Ola.

                          I had booked ola cab in bangalore to travel from Malleswaram to Airport this morning at 1200 am. The driver was Tulasi Das Rao. I had booked the ride for cash payment.
                          Upon boarding the driver asked me to pay by cash and not ola money. I agreed.
                          The bill for the ride was 720. When i paid him the amount, but found that the same amount was also deducted from my Ola Money account also. Thus I was charged double for the ride.

                            Ola/Uber drivers in kolkata simply refuse to switch on the AC giving reasons that they are not paid properly... now if i am to believe them, why isn’t the Ola/Uber authorities looking into this matter seriously????
                            Or are they simply not bothered about the comfort of general public!!!
                            When someone is booking an Ola/Uber, he/she does it with an expectation to ride an AC cab... if the Ola/Uber authorities feel that they are to run such non-AC cabs in Kolkata, we can very well revert to our very own ‘heritage’ yellow cabs!! Why should we pay for an AC cab and get a non-AC service!!!???
                            Else the Ola/Uber authorities should give it in writing that they would run only non-AC cabs in Kolkata... and also reduce the charges for that matter... PLEASE CLARIFY!!!

                              Ola has worst management. Ola doesn't penalize its drivers for misbehavior.
                              I booked an Ola Mini on the night of New Year 2021 (I think). The driver came to pickup location and refused my destination. He told me to cancel. I had to cancel to book another one. After this cancellation, they blocked my account. I had added 300 Rs to my Ola Money wallet, which I can't access now. I want a refund in whichever way possible. I don't want my account back. I am happy with Uber. Just give my money back.
                              I have mailed to Ola several times regarding this, but no resolution, not even an appropriate response.

                                Today i book a ride from ola cabs app from my mobile
                                as usual ola bike book my ride and give me 6 minutes waiting time in this waiting time rider call me two time and ask for destination and after waiting period rider canceled the booking
                                but no one (Rider and ola cabs) has to inform me for ride cancel and what is the cause for cancellation
                                if customer cancel the ride ola cabs ask the cause for cancel and take penalty from customer also
                                but if rider/driver cancel the ride what is the action take by company on rider /driver
                                and if anyone book a ride in emergency and driver /rider cancel ride at end moment and because of your rider/Driver/ ola cabs company stuck in bed situation who was the responsible

                                  I have book a Ola cab from Lucknow Airport to Kanpur on 10 April 2021 .The cab was too dirty and driver was suffering from fever as he said after sitting in cab .

                                  When I said I am cancelling ride to driver at outside Lucknow airport driver said he will take full fare .

                                  I am surprise that Ola India is not taking care of Covid 19 protocol and there driver are spreading corona virus in India as many drivers are suffering from fever .

                                  Indian government has to concern this serious issue and ban on Ola cab for controlling corona virus spread by there driver .

                                  Ola India [censored]er are making only money and operating from a room and spreading corona virus in India by there cab drivers .

                                  They have take 1261 Rs. For just 10 Km at outside of Lucknow airport .

                                  Do not take Ola cab as it is not safe in Covid 19 period there drivers are suffering from fever and Ola India [censored]er is not bothering the same of safety protocol of Covid 19 .

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                                      I booked a cab using Ola App from West Tambaram to Putlur on 21st March, 2021. CRN Number: [protected]

                                      I made a payment of 648 via GPay for this ride and it was a successful transaction.
                                      But I got a message from Ola that amount has been refunded and please pay the total fare in cash. So I paid the fare in cash to the driver. Driver also told that refund might take atleast 7 days.

                                      I waited for 10 days for the refund. On 31st March, 2021, I called Ola customer care and described the above issue. They said if I would have called them with 48 hours of the ride, they might have refunded the amount. I said that I got a message from Ola stating that refund will be made and driver also said it will take 7 days to get your refund. So I didn't called Ola customer care within 48 hours. Also, they asked me to send a mail to [protected]@olacabs.com with the screenshots of the ride in Ola App, SMS from Ola regarding the refund. I mailed all the details to Ola support on the same day, that is on 31st March, 2021.

                                      Again on 9th April, 2021, I called Ola customer care to tell them I did not get any reply to my mail that I sent to Ola support. This time they said they will create a ticket and asked me to send all the details with screenshots again and my issue will be resolved in 72 hours. I got the mail from Ola support and I replied to that mail with all the necessary screenshots. This time only my mail was acknowledged and got reflected in Ola App.

                                      Today is 12th April 2021, I called Ola customer care to enquire about the refund. Again this time they asked me to send an email with all the details. I have updated with all the details in the ticket in Ola App also.

                                      But that ticket in Ola App has been closed stating that I should have informed about the incident within 48 hours. Ticker number:[protected].

                                      I called Ola customer care and said that ticket is closed without any resolution. They again saying that I should have called them within 48 hours and finally asked me to raise a complaint against the cab driver by going to Ola App and selecting "I paid extra cash to driver" option. I tried to select this option but Ola App is not allowing to select this option.

                                      Request you to provide me a proper resolution to this issue and refund the amount to my bank account.

                                        On 25th January I took an outstation ride with Ola. Due to issue with Ola app i ended up paying in Cash. Now ola is chasing me to pay Postpaid amount which was deducted for the same ride. I have explained this to them a several times but they keep calling me for the same issue and threating me to pay them. What should i be doing in this case?

                                        I aa getting 10- 20 calls each day and some times in an hour which i clearly think is harassment.
