Charged double amount for a trip

27th March 2021, I booked ola auto. The price at booking time was 75 RS. After completing the ride the price collected from ola is 150 RS. I called ola customer care, they told it was cancellation charges for some other trip. I asked them provide me those details when I cancelled, they said they don't have those details. Without any details how they are charging money from me. I have not used ola from past one year. That too all the trpis...

This is regarding ride detail CRN[protected]
Initial Booking distance:
15/1, Strand road, Kolkata to Dakshineswar Kali Temple, Kolkata (13.9 KM, estimated fare Rs. 267)
Fair was paid because I had to leave for my office so I just paid through my upi and assumed my elderly parents will be at destination. Do look at initial distance and route.

Now begins the scam

Driver demanded extra cash

Sir yesterday i took a ride in ola and my fair was showing 118 rs but the driver told me that his bill is showing 650 and i have to pay him that much because he starts threatening me and he also said that i will get my refund from ola cabs before 7pm same day or i[censored] will not give then driver will refund the money itself. But now he is not picking my phone.

This is a clear case of cheating, fraud and mental harrasment. Please...

About the driver behaviour

I took a ola auto from Kotivakkam to Guindy on 22/03/21.My CRN Number is [protected].

At the time of boarding only the driver asked me whether it is cash payment or not. I said it's phonepe and I dont have cash. He said I have problem with the phonepe account. I said ok.. stop near any atm, I'll take cash and give..

Ola charged postpaid amount unknowingly

I have paid my ride amount as soon as i reached at my destination. I did not select ola postpaid transaction option as i did not even know about it. LMy ride from Thyagarajanagar to Malleshwaram costed around Rs.127, while booking the Auto I had booked the payment gateway as Gpay, but due to some network issue the payment did not get through.

A ola driver of taxi no. RJ14 TD 6871 was coming in speed and hit my car Maruti Estilo at MG staff quarter campus at around 9.10 am and ran away . our One bag left in the Cab we called driver several times bút he didnot pick our call neither he returned nor called back.

Got charged on UPI and had to pay same on cash

Cash Payment to Driver-CRN 5235638056

I took a ride from Indirapuram, Ghaziabad to Delhi Airport (T2) on 01.03.21 and paid the fare to the driver in cash, since no online payment option was working at that time. Till then, the fare is outstanding in my account. I requested OLA support to resolve it, but they are not helping it out and just asking to make the double payment, with the comment that any cash payment is not covered under their policy....

My cab broke down - need refund

I have booked ola rental on 4 march 2021 for 60kms for 6hrs package but after traveling for approx 26km cab has broke down due to some mechanical issues as the ride was stopped i have paid full amount of rs1462/- in cash to driver. I have raised complaint for same but my issue has not yet solved and my amount is not yet refunded....
