I had booked Meru reserve for 4 days starting today with booking ID of 62810496 at 7.50 AM.

On not getting cab details at 7.55 AM, i called customer care who informed that cab will be now assigned and reach destination after 15 minutes. This is more than 20 minutes delay which has upset my commute for an important meeting.

This is extremely poor service from Meru and i would like the amount paid for the reservation...

A most arrogant and stubborn cab no. MH47AS1308 @ 20:48 meru driver obstructing the lane and parking his car and disturbing the pedestrian and other vehicles entering the lane at Handloom house, Fort, Mumbai -400001.
Behaving arrogantly and abusing on asking him to clear the way.
Kindly take some necessary actions as this also spoils the reputation of the MERU service.

    It looks like this car number DL1RTA5899 belongs to you and is running under your company since we saw your car sticker on it. He has damaged our car and has run away. This incident occurred on March 3, on Safdarjung road near Dhaula Kuan at 3:00 p.m.
    I request you to kindly resolve my complaint at the earliest through refund.

      I booked a cab from Indra Gandhi Airport terminal 2 to palam vihar Gurgaon as asked on the counter the fare was 580 but when the trip ended the bill amount by told by driver was 955 and when i called in the customer care there was no helpful response as the representative said your car had a long route which is why the price is higher the route was taken by the driver in which we had no say so why should we be charged the extra amount just...

      Last month on 4th of Jan I’ve booked a cap from this Meru cab app from Puducherry to Dhaneshkodi and I’ve paid in advance for ₹2000 and due to some problems that we couldn’t communicate with the driver cab as he don’t know English I’ve cancel my trip and I got a message that I’ll get my refund after 5-7 working days and I’ve waited for it for like one month and haven’t got any call or message for refund so I’ve file a complaint Against it they told me that I’ll get after 2-3 working days but again and again I’ve been waiting for it till now too they said the same like that so I’m complaining that I want my refund back.

        Meru Cab — MERU CAB using theft car it is most shamfull for this company

        I am the owner of car and just received from MERU CAB to renew the car permit. How shameful to Meru Cab that they do not have courtesy to enquire from car owner to allow to use it in Meru Cab. This insane deeds making life of its customer in real danger. A theft car driver can do any thing with customer and driver will not be traced out. Original owner will not be know that is happening. SO BE WARE OF SUCH COMPANY WHO TAKE SUCH THEFT CAR...

        Meru Cabs — Paytm connected meru app - no information advised by meru

        I had booked a cab through Paytm as it had an option for Meru cabs listed in its services section.Rs 577 was deducted and paid to Meru for the same however I did not receive any confirmation from both the apps.I called customer care number for meri app and spoke to an agent ghanshyam who was not able to find any details for my booking from neither my phone number nor from the payment details provided by Paytm.

        I made two bookings on Meru cab for my family traveling from Bengaluru to Jaipur. The first cab for Bengaluru airport arrived 20 min late after 4 calls to customer care. The worst came at Delhi airport where the cab was booked for 1430 and it was delayed for more than an hour. I and my wife both called up the cab customer support and drivers every ten minutes and they kept on giving false promises of arrival in 10 minutes. It's my worst cab...

        I sabyasachi Badajena had traveled from Rajiv Gandhi International airport, Hyderabad to CSI Wesley cementry, trimulghery on 25.07-2021 via meru cab with driver Badri, contact number : [protected].
        After reaching at destination my payment Rs 1200 via phonepay couldn't be transferred twice (1200+1200 =2400) with the status showing "under processing". So paid the driver Rs. 1200 in cash.

        My name is onkar sonawane. Your cap driver was broken my samsung level u (Blutooth earphone) on road, i was said to stop the car and car was not in high speed but he couldn't stop at all. My earphone was broken very badly and it could not be repair.

        I recently booked a cab from chandigarh international airport to peermuchalla, zirakpur punjab. I had made the booking through makemytrip. I had already paid 470₹ for the trip and then paid 50 for airport waiting charges and another 150 on ending the trip but did not receive any invoice or recipient as to why i was charged this much and amount breakup.

          I took a mere cab from terminal 3 delhi airport to a block sector 40 noida. My phone number recorded was [protected] and otp 37869 29/02/2020, 14:10:34.           Meru Cabs — driver not agreeing to drop to location

          We we're standing at the airport for 20minutes
          And we're sent 400mts front for taxi and again back 400mts.
          Reason : drivers ahead disagreed saying ac non ac are different vehicles.
