Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — bad service by ola | |||
I had booked an ola cab on[protected] to take my father to hospital. Ola alloted a cab to me whose driver mobile number is [protected] and drives a swift dzire car. After booking i called him and he asked where i have to be dropped and then said he will be coming to my house within minutes. When he did not come for 15 minute, i called him again, he disconnected the phone. After waiting for another 7-8 minutes, i called him again and again he disconnected the call. I could see on my mobile he was moving away from my house and had reached 8-9 kilometers away. I then cancelled the cab and booked another one. He clearly did not want to go where i needed to be dropped but did not tell me so and kept me waiting. This is bad service. Was this information helpful? | |||
