We r employees and booked to destination penamaluru. And many hesitated to reach there. As rtc buses are full i claimed to go by ola. But where as they demanded for more than ola money which is not the amount they acquire for. And this is how ola could get disfame. I wish ola is not only for earning money but also could satisfy the customers by effective transportation. Please kindly take further action.
