I am Ashok Arora, your customer took a ride on 02nd April 2022 @ 2.24 pm with CRN No. [protected]. After taking a ride the driver asked to pay a bill amount Rs. 96 which showed the same amount while at the time of booking. The driver asked me to pay the cash and I have paid Rs. 100 to him.
After paying the cash the next day I got the msg from OLA money to pay outstanding of Rs. 194.
My ride was Rs. 96. Driver took the cash Rs. 94 and your ola money charged rs. 194. I have talked to the customer care team on 31st May regarding this matter the error happened. Customer care team appolized for the mistake he told me that your problem will be resolved shortly and assured that ola will not call for the same again.
But now again I am getting msgs on daily basis to pay Rs. 92 as outstanding money and threatening will take legal action against me if i will not pay Rs. 92.
Why should I pay the money which i am not responsible to pay the amount Rs. 92 which is wrongly charged to me.
I am regularly mailing them that i am ready to clarify in this matter but their customer care team are not responding. Please help me. Was this information helpful? |
