My OLA account is blocked and no reason has been given. I am a genuine user and have completed over 100 trips/rides (have invoices)
I have emailed and called support over 20 times to give me the reason and unblock my account. They send a standard reply that reason is unknown as system blocks. I have call recordings and emails. They just suggest that I should change my Main number and email to use ola. I can't change my number which is active since 2003 (13 years).
Seems like they purposely are blocking users who use ola frequently as they would register new user id's and ola's user base and average rides per user will increase. This will help them to increase their company valuation to attract investors.
Why would they suspended a genuine and frequent user in spite of writing to them over 20 emails explaining that I am a genuine user who has taken over 100 rides Was this information helpful? |
