Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — booked ola car and it was canceled by driver after waiting for 20 mins

I have booked ola micro on 19th aug from ambernath-east to unr-3. After waiting fr 15 mins i called driver to know the status as on booking it showed 7 minutes waiting.. Driver picked up the class n talked so roughly and in a very bad language saying"udd k aaun kya" (Shuld i fly n come) i just asked him to come fast as i hv to go urgently somewhere.. This is the type of behaviours o[censored]r driver.. This is ur professionalism.. Shame on such service... Driver mob no: [protected].. Give me reply on this or else i will tweet the whole matter..
