We've booked ola cab for a journey and after 15 mins when we call the driver, his mobile is in home as he left his mobile at home. And we cancelled the booking, for cancelling we are charged rs 50.
What the # happened here. When driver missed his mobile number why/how booking done, it doesn't matters to me, but as there is no option we cancelled the trip and how can you ask us the amount for cancelling even if it is yours mistake. Are you thinking we people are mad? I'm not going to leave this simply. I even asked the other cab drivers regarding the issue. They simply said to mail. I even did that but no use. I want to complaint it to high level and at any cost i want my amount in return whether it is a small amount or big it does not matter, i'll file a case even if required based on your response now.
