Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — cab driver not responding

Hi sir/mam,

Today (08/06/18) at 3.30 morning, i was booked a cab from ola, cab number as01hc9866 and driver contact is [protected] from my registered mobile number [protected]. After booking i was talked with him and inform him that he had to pickup a girl from home.

The cab driver talked with the girl and me and told to the girl to come out from home and wait at road (Near destination) and confirm to pickup.

But after a few minutes she called to the driver many times and also i called him but he didn't respond any calls and than i have to booked an uber cab.

I am very sad through ola service as the driver promissed to a single girl to wait some another place and after that he will not respond us and i get a message for fine of rs 50 from ola as they told us we cancelled but i am not cancelled.

Please sir take a necessary action on this matter so that they never do like this with any girl at least at night.
