Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Cab not coming nor driver responding to my calls | |||
I had bitter experience with Ola cabs services yesterday (17th Oct 2016) for going to Airport from Sahakarnagar. I had booked first cab at 03.45 AM your CRN number[protected]Mr Raju (tel :[protected]- Vel No. KAAC838304). I tried call him half dozen time to guide him my location he did not respond at all. The second cab was booked at 03.56AM CRN no.[protected] Mr Nagaraj (tel No. [protected], Vel. No. KA 03AD4189. I also tried call him half dozen time to guide him my location he did not respond at all. Third cab was booked at 4.01 AM CRN[protected] Mr Lokesh - [protected], kA51B 4900. He was also tried half dozen time but also did respond to my calls. If these drivers do not wanted to come why should the switch -on the Device??? Believe me it or not these people did not have courtesy to call me, that the could not come till 5.30 AM when I had boarded for flight. However I find that I had messages from AM -Ola about the cancellation against these drivers. I find that these drivers have cancelled themselves the trip. I wish Ola need to penalize these drivers for bad services rendered by them. Ultimately I had to use some other services to reach Airport on time with great tension.
