Booked ola cabs in patiala/punjab in advance for taking a patient to hospital 1 day in advance. we should be given a preference since we informed in advance. But sadly cabs are cancelled at last minute. when we have doctors appointment scheduled. How pathetic can ola be ? Feel like slapping the owner. CRN[protected] Nonsense . They are exploiting people.
