Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Cancelation charge imposed without booking confirmation

I booked a cab on 29- dec, but as it was taking long time. So i canceled it, before any driver accepting it. No ride shown in the app, but i received an email for cancelation charge. How i charged before my ride confirmation.
