Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Cancellation charges | |||
Madam / Sir I am a regular customer of Ola Cabs services. My mobile no. is [protected] / [protected]. I booked on 18th August 23.14 for a ride on 19th August for 5.00 AM, the message came with CRN[protected] scheduled for 19th August 5.30 AM. Actually I wanted to travel at 5.00AM. Again I booked for 5.00 AM for that day and the message again came as 5.30 AM. So I booked Ola cabs only, on 19th 4.40 AM and taken a ride by 5.00AM. in the car TN094059 driver's name Silambarasan. But I received the messages as cancellation charges of Rs.50. Actually it is not my mistake to cancel the trip. it is because your booking fault. when I book for 5 AM, you are giving the time as 5.30 AM. Within a minute i am booking again, the same mistake appears. that is the reason i had to cancel the trip and travelled in Ola cabs only by booking the option "Ride Now". This cancellation charge Rs.50 was collected in my 26th August trip. Why should I pay when there is no fault on my side. Pl. examine it and let me know. R.Joseph Was this information helpful? | |||
