We all have been facing an issue Ola cab service. Its driver deny online payment through app and demand for cash. When we try to reach out the customer care, it never a success. Robotic chats are available but of no use. At the end ola driver will cancel the trip and we ( customer ) will be charged cancellation fee. I have raised this issue with company on twitter and facebook ( as there is no way to reach them / they don't respond) but it keeps on repeating. Why do customer has to go through such inconvenience along with the false charges that company levy on customer and not on driver. Ola doesn't even bother to enquire or contact about the issue.
