Soon after getting the driver information, immediately called the Devan after a minute and got the response that Devan would arrive at the location in 2-5 minutes.
At 8:22 PM, got the message on my phone when I was actually waiting for the cab : "YOUR BOOKING CRN[protected] HAD TO BE CANCELLED DUE TO NO RESPONSE FROM YOU".
Called the driver ( Devan ) immediately, and was shocked to hear that he is NOT INTERESTED to travel to the said location so he cancelled the drop request. Says I can put up a complaint to anyone and he is least bothered.
Unfortunately, with this kind of attitude, it would certainly be too late for OLA to retain their customers. Many Thanks for this wonderful experience. Now how do I proceed with taking legal actions against Ola? Was this information helpful? |
