Your first Driver who has confirmed to reach my place has taken over 25 minutes against your committed time of 3 minutes.
The Driver was New to Bangalore City and NOT able to drive efficiently in the Traffic and reach my place to pick-up and I was desperately waiting as I have to Proceed to Airport to catch my flight.
Since I am using OLA cabs with advanced paid OLA Money, You have debited my Account which will not go well with the Customer Services.
Please let me know who is at FAULT ??
