The driver (Akshay kumar+[protected] confirmed the ride and said he would reach within 20 minutes. We were tolerant because the area was jammed with traffic. However, when he failed to reach we called up and he kept giving us different locations and that he'll reach within 5 minutes. We were kept waiting for over 45 minutes and when we lost our patience we called him up he eventually confessed that he had cancelled the ride. He didn't even have the common decency to inform us before doing so. When we tried calling him his calls went unattended and he was rude when he answered. He kept saying that he has reached the location even after he cancelled the ride. He was actually totally crazy and wasted our time. I would recommend that you should refrain from taking the ride if you see this driver's name
