There are 5 incidents happened on the same day. Which shows the unethical and responsibilities how the customers are treated.
INCIDENT 1
I had booked a cab from KG Road to Ganaga Nagar. Cab also got booked and driver denied to pick up and gave lame excuse which is not acceptable at all. After denying the pickup the driver started to sleep in the cab itself. Is this a way hoe the customer is treated.
INCIDENT 2
Booked the cab for the same location. Cab driver reached the few yards before the pickup location and said that he is at MG Road and in tracker it clearly shows that he few yards away. when we reached the location to hire cab, driver cancelled the ride and after seeing us he moved his vehicle very fast and went. he dosent have any basic decency to reply the customers.
For the above two cheapest activity done by the drivers bloody i had been charged with the cancellation fees. Why the hell i should pay the the cancellation charges.
INCIDENT 3, 4, 5- after booking they never bothered to attend the calls at all.
I NEED A PERFECT SOLUTIONS FOR THE ABOVE SAID ISSUES AND THE CANCELLATION CHARGES SHOULD BE REVOKED BACK.
