I took a ride from Indirapuram, Ghaziabad to Delhi Airport (T2) on 01.03.21 and paid the fare to the driver in cash, since no online payment option was working at that time. Till then, the fare is outstanding in my account. I requested OLA support to resolve it, but they are not helping it out and just asking to make the double payment, with the comment that any cash payment is not covered under their policy.
