Dear Sir, For the requested invoice I have complain against the driver, first driver is unprofessional.Secondly after getting inside the cab and submitted OTP driver asked 30 rupees extra when I said no, he denied to do the ride. I have requested to driver to cancel the ride but he showed it as ride and charged Rs.40 with intentionally.O n the spot I called to Ola support but no one pic the call so I raised a complaint in the same time through ola support. But I did not get any response.while by 10.15 pm I called to ur customer care agian and able talk with your support person he said cannot help me. So I am writing email and requesting refund for the same amount.I don't need any excuse from you guys, this is really a harassment to customer.Though I am frequently using this ola service this incident happened 1st time with me.i don't know how I will believe u guys.if no one will help me surely I will stop use this service and will share the issue with social media and will request to my friend circle not to use ola.
