I had taken an ola auto ride on 24-nov-2018. Charge was rs 127 for the ride. At the end of the ride, i was charged rs 142. Rs 15 cancellation fee was added for a ride which another driver had cancelled on 02-sep 2018.
The driver who had cancelled rudely refused to accept ola auto payment when he arrived for pickup and then he cancelled the ride. This happened on 02-sep 2018.
I had taken another ride on 10-nov-2018 as well, but cancellation fee was not added to this one. But on my recent ride on on 24-nov-2018 it was added.
Ride was cancelled by the rude driver but i'm being charged!
When i called customer support, she said she is not able to pull up records more than 30 days old. What a lame excuse! And she said cancellation fee refund will not be processed for cancelled rides more than 30 days old. I was levied cancellation fee just yesterday! How can i complain prior to this??
(Also one ola ride in between didn't add cancellation fee. Imagine this scenario happening on a large scale. Pre planned scam going on.)
