May 12 2019. I booked a cab with driver 'istyak shabbir shaikh' (Mini. White xcent). He didn't show up for 10 mins or so and i was unable to contact him.
Frustated, i cancelled and booked another ride that day and yesterday 6 oct 2019 i got charged an extra 50 rs for the may 12 cancellation despite trying to convey via the support features in the ola app about my issue.
App says "technical issue please try again later"
All helpline numbers are nonexistent/ unreachable
I sent a complaint after verifying my email but no response. They charged me 50 rs extra for their driver's fault and refuse to get in touch with me
