I activated ola postpaid and started getting charged double the amount of fares for rides that i'd take regularly. Now when i've gone back to paying the amount via googlepay, the app doesn't show the amount at all.
In multiple cases, the drivers would cancel the ride last moment, and i was forced to cancel and pay the cancellation fees.. 30days
There's no complaint section on the app. No number where petty issues can be resolved.
