My name is puneeth and i reside near kr puram, bangalore. I booked a cab on 25th of sep 2016 at 6 pm and as i was waiting i could not hear anything from the cab driver. I tried to call the driver multiple times but was not able to reach. When i reopened the so call friendly app with ola i was shocked to see that my journey was in progress where i did not book the cab at all. I tried to call the support and was told to complain within the app which i did and that too multiple times.
After 24 hours i get an email (Remember not call) stating that they will take strict action the driver and the refund cannot be given. So, here the driver did not eat the money i did not get the money and god know how many such incidents happened when ola cabs managed to get atleast 80 rupees per customer. I would like to have my refund of 80+ rupees of whatever that was deducted for non usage of service. Was this information helpful? |
