I booked a ride for my relatives (new in city)and the cost it was showing on the app was 250.When the driver got the hint that they were new in city, he took a longer route and kept driving them for an hour and charged them 400 without any reason.I registered a complaint against him and received a message that 150 rupees will be transferred in my account in 10 buisness days.Its been more than a month and no amount has been received.I called customer care but no one response.I called nodal officer and he said he could not help me and gave me number for support but that number is always busy busy busy.I have e-mailed to ola but no one responded.Just think how much they would have scamed people who are new in city and don't know about routes and places.First show less amount on app and then charge them much more than it for no reason.
