Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Charging extra | |||
Hello I booked a cab for Airport pickup on 2nd Sep 2016. The cab came 20 mins late however I was waiting at the gate. The cab picked me up immediately and exited the airport gate within 5 mins. However OLA has charged me 100 rupees extra for toll charges. The driver didn't pay any money at the toll gate. When I mailed OLA and asked for the receipt of the toll charge they were not able to produce it.
