Respected sir, At 1900 hrs on 03 jul 2018 i booked a cab from rishi udyan colony juggaur to barabanki junction. Mr. Sumesh ([protected]) white amaze beering registration no up32hn2659 came to pic me and total fare was rs 237 whereas driver charged an amount of rs450. You are requested to lodge the complaint to this effect and intiate the necessary action to avoid such incidents. The action taken against the defaulter may be intimated to me. My account has been blocked twice without any reason I used to take daily ride because of this am not able to book any ride causing too much problem please take any action and help me as soon as possible
