Cab Was booked for Night travel From 0030 AM Wednesday on 19/7/2018. Payment was deducted on line as per process of OLA Cab. But driver was forcefully asking to pay night charge in cash, he delayed the trip. His attitudes was very argumental. Such Driver must be asked and a satisfactory reply to be sent to undersigned . Re; My Complaint dated 01.07.2018. I have not received any reply from the company. Why is it so? Driver have cheated me. I have been charged of Rs 71 for not travelling at all on 30.06.2018 by discussing with the driver inside the car.
