I was waiting outside suitcase in hand with 4 mins to go. No driver turned up yet i was still charged $10 for them not doing the job! I'm a frequent uber user so i am well aware of tracking the ride hence why i was waiting outside. I will be returning to uber because of this. I shouldn't have been charged for a driver of yours not completing the job. I did not cancel the ride. Yeru venkatesh driving a white camry drove past me.
