Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — cheated and not reimburse balance amount | |
I hired a micro ola cab on 25-jun-18 at 9.42 a. M in delhi, india. For this cab facility, the crn was [protected]. I am a regular customer of ola. But after such incidence, i am sufferer. This is first incident which i faced with ola. I paid rs. 602[rs.500+100+2] instead of [rs. 100+100+2] to driver mistakenly. I was in rush. Therefore, such incident happened with me. In the mean while, the internet was not working on my phone. Therefore, i could not re-check bill amount. When i knew, i cheated. I called to driver and he admitted that he collected such amount from me but he has given the rest of money to me. Then, after it, i locked my problem with customer care on the same day's evening. I read your feedback mail and it shows that you are supporting to your driver. It will increase wrong practice and dishonesty among drivers of ola and reduce ola customers. The validation process which ola is following is that ola checks with its drivers. The statement which he/they give, ola rely on that statement. Ola doesnot listen of its regular/ sufferer customer.
