Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — cheating case | |||
I had booked a cab from bayyappanahalli to anathargange remote ola cab, the end of the journey, i had paid cash of 1657rs and driver informed there is problem with app/mobile, not able to confirm as of now. After somedays, i am unable to book the cab service from ola, since driver mentioned that i have not paid the cab service amount. Customer care is not supporting in resolving the issue and driver is not picking the call, its really bad service. I left my phone in ola auto today and he says he'll return it if he gets a booking on my route or else he'll return it by evening. What are the possibilities that he'll return the phone? and if not then what can i do?
