Hi Ola,
On 18th May 2022 I used my Ola cab twice but payment debited from my account was four times, therefore Rs. 386 was charged extra. I have been trying to connect you since 30th may 2022 but till now no response from your side. When I am calling customer care or mailing you something, you are telling me the same thing that it would be solved within 2-3 working days and now it is more than 12 working days. You people are only raising the ticket and closing it and not doing anything. You are charging me the late fine too. Simply tell me one thing that you have to pay the extra and we can't solve anything, why are you harassing a customer for 15 days.
When I am connecting to Ola Money they are simply telling me that we are not not responsible for connecting with Ola cab and when I am connecting with Ola cab they are telling me they are not responsible for connecting to Ola Money. Now what should I do?
To connect with Ola Cab I am held for 40 mins every day and when connecting after 40 mins they are simply telling us we are not responsible for connecting with Ola postpaid when talking to Ola postpaid they are transferring the call to Ola Cab.
Mailing you this from last 30th May 2022 but till now no problem has been solved and they are decreasing my cibil score. If I have pay this then kindly tell me that we can't do anything. Was this information helpful? |
