Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Complain regarding cancellation charges from ola | |||
We booked ola cab from paharganj to sarai jullena on 15th november 2016 around 11 am and waited for driver at least 20 mins but driver denied to come and he switched off his mobile. Because of driver we faced problem and ola cabs are charging cancellation charges from us. I want return these cancellation charges in my old account asap. Why should i pay if i didn't cancelled the ride. I will viral all these on social media bcz ola is doing fake work bcz always drivers cancelled the ride and customer faces the problem.
