Dear Concern,
I have booked Ola from ruby area to howrah station.
After he had came, before starting he denied online pay and asked for the cash.
I was in hurry because I have to board the train. So I agreed that I will give him fare in cash.
But he didnot take the OTP from me. In the midway of my trip he cancelled ola booking.
And in my app it is showing that driver cancelled this trip, but actually he didnot cancelled it. He finished the trip and take a payment from me.
I am the regular customer of OLA. I am surprised to see this.
Please find the attachment of the car and driver details.
Please do the needful. This should not be happen again.
