Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Complaint regarding payment showing pending

I booked ola cab on 11 th Oct and paid the driver in cash. After 2 days the app started showing pending payment although i made the payment. Now i received a message that they have even removed me out of their services. Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
